Tiznow Restaurant of 84 Henry St. has shut its doors, leaving online diners with some warm closing words on its Web site: "After 10 wonderful years, it's time for Tiznow to say good-bye. We would like to thank all the friends we've made these past years for the memories they leave us. Now that we have bought the building, we look forward to starting a new chapter in our lives. Our goal is to open a small guesthouse and restaurant in Laguana Bacalar, Mexico. We hope to stay in touch with our Saratoga friends and keep you posted on our progress.
